VOLUNTEER
AT THE Y
Be a volunteer at the Brandywine
Y.
Volunteers are at the heart of the
success of the Brandywine Y. Our volunteers serve our members and community
every day in so many ways, from assisting with canned food and toy drives,
reading to and tutoring children, to teaching classes, coaching sports, and
serving on boards and committees. They offer their time, their services,
their talents, and their ideas. Because of our volunteers, the Brandywine
YMCA has reached new heights in success, and we have only just begun. More
children, adults and seniors await our help.
By
volunteering at the Brandywine YMCA you will surely make a meaningful difference
in the lives of people in our community. And this in itself is the ultimate
reward. However, in addition, you will connect with people in our community,
YMCA staff, and other volunteers and make new friends. You will have fun, and
most of all, you will feel fulfilled for choosing to make a difference in the
lives of others.

of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted" -Aesop
