Aquatic Exercise - This gentle, recreational program lets you exercise without putting excess strain on your joints and muscles. You will gain strength and flexibility while reducing pain and stiffness. Programs include Aqua Zumba, Arthritic Ease, Healthy Back, Water Walkers, Aqua Fit, Aqua Fit PLUS, Deep Water Exercise and Aquatic Tai Chi.
Tai Chi - Get your mind, spirit and body in balance learning the basic postures of Tai Chi. Tai Chi is a Chinese internal martial art that promotes serenity through gentle movements. Postures gently flow into the next without pause ensuring that your body is in constant motion.
Yoga - A 45-minute yoga program that offers the ability to improve your health. You will work through an amazing series of adapted exercises, increasing strength and flexibility while being supported by a chair.
Pilates - Instruction on the basic movements of Pilates. The focus is on postural awareness, correct functional movements, flexibility, balance and alignment and core stability and strength.
Yoga/Pilates Fusion - Strengthen your core through the benefits of Pilates and increase flexibility through yoga.
Zumba Gold - Modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their fitness journey.This is a dance-fitness class that includes camaraderie, excitement and most of all, fun!
Silver Classic - A senior-oriented class featuring resistance training using weights, bands, a chair and body weight to strengthen muscles.
