WALK THE TALK FREE WORKSHOPS (EAG)

Learn how the benefits of walking can make a person healthy and happy. Each session consists of a group walk led by an instructor and our nutritionist who will share their expertise and discuss integrating walking and proper nutrition into your lifestyle. Topics will cover portion control (Portion Distortion), food for fuel and much more.

Drop off your kids (ages 6-11) at the Y and enjoy a night out. Your YMCA staff will entertain your kids with games, activities and fun. Begin dropping off at 5:30.

For kids 6 to 15 years. Enjoy a night full of games & activities based on the Harry Potter series by J. K. Rowling. Don't miss our last wizarding event of the school year!

4TH ANNUAL JESSE'S 5K RUN
FEATURING JESS FEST (LCY)

This annual run, honoring longtime Y and community volunteer Jesse Hamilton, consists of a 1K Kids Run and Family Fun Walk and 5K Run. This year we've added Jess Fest which includes live entertainment, family games, vendors and more. Race location is Eagleview Town Center.
