Our Instructors and Coaches help guide the child through classes which are designed to help build gross motor skills, social interaction, and develop coordination by doing a series of drills and cardiovascular exercise. Through fun and enriching experiences in sports, the development of character starts to unfold. Examples of classes are:
Tiny Tumblers
For first timers who want to experience the art of movement while balancing on a gym apparatus.
Intro to Sports
Experience all sports such as soccer, basketball, hockey, and much more.
PreSchool Gymnastics
The class entails the child to learn flexibility, coordination, increasing confidence, and integrating into groups. Learn the basic moves all the way up to joining our gymnastics team
These classes are to help the child to enhance their knowledge of sports. Through an array of exercises, games, and drills the child will develop sport skills. Along with building a Healthy Spirit, Mind and Body there will be exciting fun for every participant. Examples of classes are:
Youth Soccer Learn how to make soccer moves, dribble, score goals, and much more with our soccer sessions or team up with a friend and play in a league.
Lacrosse Children learn the basic skills in the fastest growing sport around.
Sports of all Sorts This class if for the kids who graduate or feel comfortable moving up from Intro to Sports. This class goes more into detail of all the sports being taught.
Basketball School This class is for the kid that loves basketball and wants to improve their skills
