| At Eagleview…We’re going to start with
a Wellness Center face-lift. The renovations will create more space,
add new pieces of equipment and new TVs. Racquetball Court #4 is being
converted to a Free Weight area. The fitness center will receive new
equipment upgrades. Watch for new ellipticals, treadmills and upright
and recumbent bikes. Other amenities include new flat screen TVs, ceiling
fans and refinished floors in the Aerobics Studio and on Racquetball
Courts #1-3. These projects will require the Wellness and Racquetball
areas of the Eagleview Facility to close; however, the Childcare Center
at Eagleview will remain open. |
At Lionville…You asked for better parking.
The scheduled repairs are extensive and require parts of the lot to
close. The potholes and ruts will be repaired and the slipping bollards — the
posts at the edge of the lot on the Devon Drive side — will
be repositioned. Parking will be redirected away from the construction
zone. To ensure that members are able to safely enter and exit the
building, the sidewalk near the lots adjacent to the outdoor basketball
courts will be extended to join the sidewalk in front of the outdoor
pool entrance. The indoor pool will also undergo annual maintenance
to include lighting improvements and cleaning. |
